Fully electromagnetically driven on-off valve
The fast response of the all-electromagnetically actuated on-off valve allows it to accurately implement the control signals given by the manual or control system; the wide flow range allows it to adapt to different flow requirements.
Self-positioning fan nozzle
The fan nozzle has stable nozzle parameters and can be self-aligned to ensure that the nozzle does not change after the replacement or inspection; the parabolic water distribution ensures uniform distribution of the coolant and high thermal conductivity.
Control Unit
The high-speed remote IO based on EtherCAT bus protocol is used to realize the switching control of the solenoid valve or the precise switching time ratio control, and ensure the synchronous operation of the solenoid valves at the corresponding positions of the upper and lower rollers, and finally realize the precise control of the temperature distribution of the rolls, and Ensure a good lubrication environment between the rolling stock and the roll; optional stand-alone display monitoring system, or display monitoring integrated in the display interface of the plate thickness / shape control system; optional independent display or operation Physical buttons can also be implemented using a software interface.

Lubrication to improve the surface quality of the strip
The exact coolant flow ensures interfacial lubrication between the rolled material and the rolls, which increases the rolling speed and increases the reduction.
Accurate jet position and spray angle create good rolling conditions, reduce the formation of particulate matter on the surface of the rolled material, and improve the surface quality of the product.
