System Features
The C-frame of the X-ray thickness and crown measurement system is welded by high-strength thick-walled steel pipe with good rigidity and small deformation, which can resist the influence of the vibration of the rolling mill on the measuring part.
The key components of the measuring system, including the X-ray tube and the ionization chamber, are imported and original products with stable and reliable performance. The data acquisition of the thickness measurement system adopts the PLC module with high precision and stable performance. The data communication adopts the industrial Ethernet bus and has strong anti-interference.
